notice that This girl that fell, [right] is using her hands to save her fall, I have the hands circled in red so they stand out to you, but that's not the point, when you fall, put your hands out like she is doing, when you get up, get on your hands and knees, and put one leg up, then the other, then bring your hands up. if you take lessons, this is the first thing that you will learn. plus, it really helps you keep from hurting your body. so when you know that you are going to fall, put your hand's out in front of you and use this method to get up.
